A Classical Christmas
Doreen Rao and John Fleischman, Jr., conductors. Christmas with the Buffalo Niagara Choirs showcases classical choruses and traditional carols. Featured are: Britten's A Ceremony Of Carols with our trebles; our men's division in Franz Biebl's Ave Maria; Morten Lauridsen's O Magnum Mysterium; and a Hansel and Gretel Choral Suite from Engelbert Humperdinck's beloved opera, performed by the Buffalo Niagara Youth Choir. BNYC Open Rehearsals (Grades 8-12) — Buffalo, NY
Youth Singers grades 3-12 are invited to attend Open Rehearsals with the Buffalo Niagara Youth Chorus. Singers may participate in rehearsals and audition for membership at the conclusion of the rehearsal. Rehearsals for singers grades 3-7 will be held on Tuesdays, February 28 and March 7. These rehearsals are 5:00-6:30 pm at two locations: Lindbergh Elementary School, 184 Irving Terrace, Kenmore, and St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 6595 East Quaker St., Orchard Park.
